Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms a legally binding agreement between the client (“Client”) and CodYatra (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By purchasing any service, the Client irrevocably agrees to all terms stated herein.

If you do not agree with this policy, you must not purchase any service.

1. STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All payments made to CodYatra are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under all normal business circumstances.

Refunds are expressly prohibited once any of the following occurs:

Payment confirmation
Project onboarding initiated
Strategy, research, or planning commenced
Resource allocation completed
Digital access provided

Work partially or fully executedNo exceptions will be made based on dissatisfaction, change of mind, financial condition, internal business decisions, or subjective expectations.

2. ADVANCE, BOOKING & RETAINER PAYMENTS

All advance payments, retainers, deposits, and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Such payments compensate the Company for:

Opportunity cost
Resource reservation
Strategic preparation
Operational scheduling

Client cancellation does not create any refund obligation.

3. DIGITAL SERVICES & INTANGIBLE WORK CLAUSE

The Client acknowledges that digital marketing, branding, consulting, and development services constitute intangible, intellectual, and time-based work that cannot be reversed or returned.

Accordingly

:Services once initiated are deemed consumed.
Intellectual effort constitutes valid delivery.
Partial work equals billable work.

No refund shall be issued for any completed or initiated service.

4. NO PERFORMANCE OR RESULT GUARANTEE

CodYatra provides professional marketing and digital services based on industry practices.

However:

No guarantee is made regarding revenue, profit, leads, engagement, ranking, reach, or business growth.
External variables beyond Company control include algorithms, market conditions, client cooperation, competition, platform policy changes, and consumer behavior.

Client dissatisfaction with outcomes does not constitute service failure and does not qualify for refund or compensation.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & NON-COOPERATION

The Client is solely responsible for providing:

Accurate business information
Required assets and approvals
Platform accessTimely communication

Failure to cooperate, delays, non-responsiveness, or refusal to follow professional recommendations:

Does not pause billing
Does not create refund eligibility
Does not shift liability to the Company

Projects delayed due to Client inaction remain chargeable in full.

6. REVISION REMEDY LIMITATION

Client agrees that revisions (if contractually included) constitute the exclusive remedy for service-related concerns.

Refunds shall not be used as a substitute for revisions, modifications, or adjustments.

Requests exceeding agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. CLIENT TERMINATION LIABILITY

If the Client terminates a project voluntarily or due to internal reasons:

All payments made remain non-refundable
All work completed is billable
Any pending invoices become immediately due
Deliverables may be withheld until dues are cleared
Termination does not release Client from financial obligations.

8. EXCEPTION CLAUSE (LIMITED LIABILITY)

Refund consideration may occur only if:

The Company fails to initiate service within 30 days without justified cause, AND
No work, planning, or resource allocation has occurred.
If approved, refund liability shall not exceed the unused portion of fees at Company’s sole discretion.
This clause does not create a refund right — only a discretionary remedy.

9. PAYMENT DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS & LEGAL RECOVERY

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated without written notice to the Company shall constitute breach of agreement.

Upon such action, CodYatra reserves the right to:
Immediately suspend all services
Terminate agreements without notice
Withhold deliverables
Initiate recovery proceedings
Claim damages, administrative costs, and legal fees

Client shall be liable for all recovery-related expenses.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall CodYatra be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profit or business opportunity
Data lossMarket performance
Platform or algorithm changes

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

11. POLICY SUPERIORITY

This Refund Policy overrides:

Verbal assurances
Informal communication
Client expectations
Third-party advice

Only written contractual commitments signed by authorized Company representatives may alter this policy.

12. POLICY MODIFICATION RIGHTS

CodYatra reserves absolute rights to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become binding immediately upon publication.

13. LEGAL ACCEPTANCE

By making payment, the Client confirms that they:

Have read and understood this policy
Accept all terms voluntarily
Waive refund claims except where legally unavoidable

Payment constitutes full legal acceptance.
